EGÉSZSÉGES A CSOKOLÁDÉ FOGYASZTÁSA?
Összefoglaló

ÖSSZEFOGLALÓ

A csoki egyike a legkedveltebb édességeknek.

ABSTRACT

Chocolate is one of the most popular sweets. When we buy chocolate, we don't really consider its health aspects, rather the influences suggested by advertisements dominate. The psychological effects of advertising, such as emotional slogans, colors, and effects that are convincing, strengthen the formation of style and trust, are increasingly coming to the fore. However, health literacy can count for a lot. In our study, we present what bioactive active ingredients chocolate contains and what effect these have on our health.

Keywords: chocolate, health, bioactive ingredient
